What We Offer

Our Business Model
CaseAlytics operates as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Legal professionals subscribe to access our prediction and reporting tools on a per-report or subscription basis. Our customers include law firms of all sizes, corporate in-house legal teams, litigation finance companies, and insurance carriers.
We generate revenue through paid analytics reports and recurring platform subscriptions. We do not sell user data. Our pricing is structured to make high-quality litigation analytics accessible to practices of any size, from solo practitioners to AmLaw 200 firms.
Advertising & Marketing Technology
Reaching legal professionals with a specialized analytics product requires precision targeting. CaseAlytics has built an internal advertising management platform that integrates with the Google Ads API to programmatically create, manage, and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. This integration is central to our customer acquisition strategy and enables us to operate efficiently at scale.
Our internal tool leverages the Google Ads API for the following campaign management and reporting capabilities:
- Campaign creation and management — Programmatically create, pause, and adjust search and display campaigns targeting attorneys, paralegals, litigation funders, and in-house counsel across specific practice areas and jurisdictions.
- Keyword strategy and bidding — Automate keyword research, bid adjustments, and negative keyword management for legal-industry search terms such as “litigation analytics,” “case outcome prediction,” and “legal AI tools.”
- Conversion tracking — Track conversion events including demo requests, analytics report submissions, and subscription sign-ups to measure cost-per-acquisition and return on ad spend.
- Performance reporting — Generate detailed reports on impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend across campaigns, ad groups, and keywords to inform budget allocation decisions.
- Ad copy optimization — Manage and rotate ad creatives, run A/B tests on headlines and descriptions, and retire underperforming variations automatically based on statistical significance.
- Budget and spend management — Set daily and monthly budgets, adjust spend allocation across campaigns in real time, and generate spend forecasts based on historical performance data.
All advertising data processed through the Google Ads API is used exclusively for CaseAlytics's own marketing operations. We do not provide advertising services to third parties. Our use of the API is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with Google's API Terms of Service.
